There will be an opportunity to propose contributed talks of 25 minutes length. Anyone interested in proposing a talk should email info@ims2024.martinmathieu.net
with their full name, institution/affiliation, title and abstract of their talk *in LaTeX format* (to make it easier for us to include your talk into the programme booklet).

Poster Session
There will be a poster session for PhD students and postdoctoral researchers. You have to submit your intention to present a poster by sending an email to
info@ims2024.martinmathieu.net
with your full name, institution/affiliation, title and short abstract *in LaTeX format*.
The deadline has been extended to Friday 26 July 2024 at 5pm.
You have to bring your poster along to the meeting in A0 format and hand it in at registration on Thursday morning.
The posters will be put up on Thursday at lunch time (stands will be provided) and have to be up until Friday afternoon break time.
There will be a prize of €100 for the best poster sponsored by SIAM UKIE. Three judges from the IMS Committee will select the best poster and the prize will be awarded during the Closing Ceremony on Friday afternoon.
