The Main Campus of Queen's University Belfast can be easily accessed by car or bus.

at least one week beforehand: make of car, year, colour and registration.
Belfast has good train and bus connections to Dublin and many other cities in Ireland.
There are many places for lunch and/or dinner near the campus.

The AGM will take place Friday 12:30--2pm, a sandwich lunch will be provided.
